Physiotherapist – Occupational Rehabilitation - Canning Vale | Full-time or Part-time | $85,000–$100,000 + Super

We’re working with an established workplace health and rehabilitation provider in Canning Vale who is looking for a Physiotherapist to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for a Physio looking to move away from the physical demands and pace of a traditional private practice environment, while still using your clinical skills every day.

The role You’ll work across a varied mix of workplace-based Physiotherapy and occupational rehabilitation services, supporting employees and businesses with injury prevention, early intervention and rehabilitation.

Your week will include a combination of:

- Onsite Physiotherapy and employee consultations
- Workplace injury assessment and early intervention
- Occupational rehabilitation and return-to-work support
- Job analysis and workplace assessments
- Pre-employment medicals
- Patient consultations
- Telehealth where appropriate
- Working alongside employers, employees and other health professionals

You’ll see a relatively small number of patients each day, giving you plenty of time for clinical reasoning, documentation and administration.

There’s also the chance to work alongside other areas of the business, including Psychology and Occupational Rehabilitation.

The role offers the flexibility to suit different levels of experience and clinical backgrounds. If you have robust MSK or private practice experience, that’s great, but we’re also open to Physiotherapists who have developed transferable clinical and communication skills in other settings.

What you’ll need

- Bachelor of Physiotherapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Australian working rights
- Current Australian driver's licence and access to a vehicle
- A genuine interest in workplace health, injury prevention and rehabilitation
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in MSK, private practice, occupational rehabilitation or workplace health would be advantageous, but we’re flexible on your background.

Salary & benefits $85,000–$100,000 + super, depending on experience, plus a strong overall benefits package.
