The Opportunity

Reporting to our General Manager - People & Capability, you'll be a trusted advisory partner for leaders and team members across the business. You'll work in close partnership with our other People Advisor, with portfolios split across the team - so you'll always have a peer to collaborate with, bounce ideas off, and share the load. You'll bring clarity to complex people matters and confidence to difficult conversations.

What you'll own

- People Advisory & Compliance - Be the go-to for expert HR advice across employee relations, performance management, and workplace compliance. Handle sensitive matters with total discretion and sound, low-risk judgement




- Visa Management - Own end-to-end visa compliance for our team members, from documentation and Dayforce records through to liaising with the Department of Home Affairs where needed
- Contracts & Grievance Support - Keep new contracts moving quickly and compliantly, and support grievance investigations with recommendations that are fair, considered, and low-risk.

What You'll Bring

- Up-to-date knowledge of workplace legislation, up-to-date awards, and HR best practice
- Confidence handling detailed, high-stakes compliance work (visa experience highly regarded)
- Communication that adapts to the room, without losing clarity or warmth
- A solutions-focused mindset that balances empathy with commercial acumen
- The organisational rigour to manage multiple live matters
