Barwon Health’s Swanston Centre is seeking an experienced Registered Psychiatric Nurse Grade 4, Clinical Specialist to provide advanced clinical expertise and leadership within our acute inpatient mental health service.
You’ll work alongside the NUM, CNC and ANUMs to support recovery‑oriented care while building the capability of the nursing team. This is a clinically focused leadership role with opportunities to influence practice, education and service improvement.
