PROGRAMMED Energy & Resources is currently seeking an experienced and qualified Mechanical Fitter Supervisor to join our team in a full-time capacity based in Penrith. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled mechanical fitter with proven supervisory experience to take on a key role overseeing site and workshop activities, coordinating works and supporting a robust safety-focused team.

About the Role
As a Mechanical Fitter Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating mechanical maintenance activities across site and workshop operations. Working alongside an experienced and safety-focused team.
About You
- Trade Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Fitter and machinist
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Previous experience supervising site and workshop activities
- The ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol screening
- Ability to coordinate and schedule works
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings
- Computer literacy is a must
