About the role

Reporting to the Group Operations Manager and Site General Manager, you will:

- Lead and motivate the production team
- Champion a strong safety culture




- Drive Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical leadership
- Manage production resources, workflow and performance
- Maintain quality, efficiency and cost control
- Ensure customer orders are delivered on time, in full and to specification
- Work closely with other departments to improve overall plant performance

What we’re looking for

- 5+ years’ experience in a production or manufacturing leadership role
- Printing industry experience highly regarded
- Experience with self adhesive labels or similar printed products preferred
- Robust people leadership and communication skills
- A practical, hands on approach to problem solving
- Strong focus on safety, quality and continuous improvement
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure
- Quality assurance experience highly desirable
- Highly organised, motivated and results focused
