Key responsibilities

- Manage and grow Napoleon's Queensland specialist dealer network.
- Develop strong relationships with Tier 1 retail partners.
- Provide high knowledge of the gas and grill market to aftermarket support and warranty claims.
- Deliver sustainable sales growth across your territory.
- Identify and secure new premium retail opportunities.
- Conduct regular customer visits throughout Queensland.
- Deliver engaging product training to showroom sales teams.
- Assist customers with merchandising and showroom presentation.
- Implement promotional campaigns and new product launches.
- Manage sales forecasts and customer pipelines through CRM.

About you

- Knowledge of the BBQ, Gas grill or retailer market.
- Understanding of BBQ repairs or ability to learn fast the grill specifications.
- Proven success selling into retail environments.
- Demonstrated experience growing premium consumer brands.
- Excellent relationship-building ability.
- High level of personal organisation and accountability.




- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team.
- Solid presentation and communication skills.
