Aligned Search is seeking a Payroll / HR Remediation Specialist for a 3-4 month fixed-term contract to lead analysis, quantify underpayments and drive remediation to a defensible outcome.

You will review payroll findings across multiple entities, calculate back-payments including superannuation and interest, interpret awards and contracts, and collaborate with HRBPs and senior leaders to ensure accurate remediation and compliant outcomes.
