We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Accountant to join our high-performing Finance team. This is a hands-on role ideally suited to a finance professional who thrives on deliveringaccuratefinancial reporting,maintainingstrong financial controls, andprovidingvaluable insights to support business decision-making.We are looking for someone who can quickly integrate into a collaborative team environment and make an immediate impact.

- Prepareand presentdetailed financial information,reportsand annual financial statementsforkey stakeholders.
- Ensure financial practices are compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Undertake strategic analysis and helpidentifyfinancial trendsfor continuous improvement opportunities.
- Providefinancialexpertiseand supportto keyprojects where applicable.
- Coach team members on best practice andmaintainhighstandardsacross the team.
- Oversee general ledgeraccuracyandintegrity.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation of finance processes through systems.
Whatwe’relooking for:
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Financeorsimilar.
- Sound knowledge of accounting standards.
- Experience with ERP systems and Advanced MS Skills.
- Ability tosimplify complex information and communicatein a clear and concise manner.
- Keen interest and experience in process improvement and automation.
