We’re looking for an experienced Employment Services leader to take the reins of our Fairfield branch.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be responsible for branch performance, participant outcomes, team capability and contractual KPI delivery . You’ll lead from the front, coach your team to perform and build strong relationships with employers and local stakeholders to drive sustainable employment outcomes.

The Role

- Lead, coach and develop a team of Employment Consultants




- Drive participant engagement, caseload performance, job placements and sustainable employment outcomes
- Monitor branch performance against contractual KPIs, targets and compliance requirements
- Use performance data and reporting to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement
- Build strong employer and community partnerships to create employment opportunities
- Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews and case management reviews
- Create a culture of accountability, high performance and exceptional participant service
- Oversee the day-to-day operational performance of the branch

About You

- Previous experience in Employment Services, Workforce Australia, Transition to Work or a similar program
- Proven experience leading and coaching a KPI-driven team
- Solid employer engagement and stakeholder management skills
- A hands-on, accountable and solutions-focused leadership style
