We are seeking a passionate and experiencedSenior NDIS Occupational Therapist to join our Brisbaneteam . Thiscommunity-based role allows you to work directly with participants in their homes and local environments, helping them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you’ll:

- Manage adiverse caseload of NDIS participants , tailoring therapy programs to individual needs and goals.
- Conduct clinical assessments of participants’ functional capacity, including physical and psychological abilities.
- Provide practical recommendations, including assistive technology and environmental adaptations, to enhance participants' independence.
- Mentor and guide junior clinicians, providing qualified support and sharing your expertise.
- Collaborate with participants, their families, and other stakeholders to deliver outstanding outcomes.
- Take onleadership opportunities , including delivering internal presentations and contributing to the growth of our team.

We’re looking for anOccupational Therapist with:

- AHPRA registration and 1+ years of experience delivering NDIS therapy services.
- A currentNDIS Worker Screening Check ,Working with Children Check , andPolice Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
- Excellent communication and time management skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- A passion for making a difference, with a focus on honesty, integrity, and positive outcomes.
- A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (kilometre reimbursement provided).
