Join Grand Pacific Health and Hunter Primary Care at a brand-new Central Coast hub and help establish the Medicare Mental Health Centre (MMHC) — a fresh service, a fresh team, and a genuine chance to shape how mental health care is delivered in your community. We're building a strong general clinical team and a senior clinical bench. If you're a Clinical Psychologist with board approved supervision status, this is a chance to get in at the ground floor and shape the clinical team.

Hunter Primary Care is a not-for-profit committed to improving health outcomes and reducing disadvantage across the communities we serve. In partnership with Grand Pacific Health (GPH),
we're building the new Central Coast MMHC from the ground up — and we need clinicians who want to help shape it.
What you'll do
- Provide immediate support to consumers experiencing crisis or significant distress
- Conduct assessments and build care plans collaboratively with consumers and their support networks
- Deliver evidence-based psychological strategies, one-on-one or in groups
- Work as part of an integrated, multidisciplinary team
- Provide clinical supervision as appropriate
- Support case formulation and clinical decision making across the team
What you'll need
One of the following:
- AHPRA registration as a Clinical Psychologist, Mental Health Registered Nurse, or Occupational Therapist, or
- AASW accreditation as a Mental Health Social Worker
- Plus strong assessment and therapeutic skills, and the ability to build rapport with consumers and their families.
