Our client, a leading manufacturer and supplier of reinforced concrete pipes, box culverts and associated concrete products, is in search for an experienced Night Shift Supervisor responsible for the safe, efficient and effective operation of the site during night shift operations. Located on the Central Coast NSW in Somersby, reporting to the Production Manager, the role acts as the senior representative on site outside normal operating hours, providing leadership across maintenance, production support and operational activities.

The position combines hands-on trade-based maintenance responsibilities with frontline leadership and supervisory accountability.

The Night Shift Supervisor is responsible for executing and coordinating planned preventative maintenance, breakdown response, fault finding, repairs, machine changeovers and continuous improvement activities to maximise equipment reliability and plant availability.

A critical component of the role is ensuring the site is fully prepared for the following day's production requirements. This includes planning and coordinating machine changeovers, equipment preparation,



mold and tooling installation, cleaning activities, floor setup, cage and pallet preparation, and ensuring all required resources are staged and available for production commencement.

The role directly supervises one Maintenance Technician and four Production Support Operators and is accountable for maintaining high standards of safety, quality, productivity, housekeeping and workforce performance throughout the shift

The ideal candidate will possess:

- A Mechanical or Electrical Trade Qualification.
- Solid manufacturing maintenance experience.
- Demonstrated fault-finding and troubleshooting capability.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
- Robust planning, communication, and organisational skills.
- A proactive approach to safety and continuous improvement.
