Mowing & Gardening Team Leader/Team Member

As a Team Leader , you will be responsible for supervising a small crew (2–3 team members) and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality mowing and gardening services to residential, commercial, and body corporate clients. You will manage the day-to-day maintenance of client properties, uphold our quality standards, and operate with a high level of autonomy. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for outdoor work.

The Team Member role supports the day-to-day tasking as scheduled undertaking general maintenance tasks, grounds care. The role is responsible for ensuring all equipment, tools and work areas are kept in a clean, organised and compliant condition, with a strong focus on safety.

Key responsibilities

- Supervise a small crew (2–3 team members) and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality mowing and gardening services
- Manage day-to-day maintenance of client properties
- Uphold quality standards across all client properties and facilities
- Provide mowing and gardening services across the Brisbane & Gold Coast metropolitan areas
- Deliver lawn and garden care for elderly clients & veterans
- Provide grounds maintenance for commercial properties
- Ensure all equipment, tools and work areas are kept in a clean, organised and compliant condition
- Maintain a strong focus on safety
- Operate with a high level of autonomy and follow structured plans

About you

- Current driver's licence (Essential)

Desirable Licences & Qualifications

- Certificate II or III in Horticulture
- ChemCert certification
- Construction Induction (White Card)
- Police Check
- Other relevant industry licences
- Ride-on mower operation
- Advanced hedging and topiary techniques
