We are seeking an experienced Day Shift Maintenance Supervisor to join our team on a full-time permanent basis , leading a team of Tradespeople, Apprentices and Trade Assistants to maintain our mobile and fixed plant.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead a safe, respectful and high-performing maintenance team
- Coordinate planned and breakdown maintenance activities
- Coach, mentor and develop team members
- Provide clear communication and shift handovers
- Ensure maintenance work is completed and recorded accurately in the CMMS
- Drive continuous improvement and maintain high housekeeping standards

About You

- Mechanical Trade Qualification (Mechanical Fitter /Plant Mechanic or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years' maintenance experience in manufacturing,



industrial or heavy industry environments
- Experience with conveyors, palletisers, material handling systems and plant equipment
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience within a maintenance team
- Strong commitment to safety and team development
- CMMS experience preferred

Desirable Tickets

- Forklift Licence
- Elevated Work Platform (EWP) Licence – Over 11 metres
- Confined Space Entry
- Working at Heights
