Bondi Pizza Pty Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at our Macquarie Park location. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in ensuring our restaurant operates smoothly and delivers exceptional customer experiences. As Restaurant Supervisor, you will bridge the gap between our management and front-of-house teams, maintaining high standards of service, food quality, and customer satisfaction whilst supporting the restaurant's operational excellence and profitability.

Key responsibilities

- Supervise and manage front‑of‑house staff, including servers, hosts, and bar personnel, ensuring they deliver outstanding customer service
- Monitor service quality and food presentation standards, ensuring consistency with Bondi Pizza's brand and operational expectations
- Train and mentor team members on service protocols, menu knowledge, and customer service best practices
- Manage table allocations, seating arrangements and guest flow to optimise restaurant capacity and customer satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints and special requests professionally and promptly, resolving issues to maintain positive guest experiences
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and till reconciliation
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, customer feedback and incident reports
- Collaborate with kitchen and management staff to ensure smooth coordination between front and back‑of‑house operations
- Support inventory management and stock rotation as required
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming dining environment that complies with health and safety regulations

What we're looking for

- Proven experience as a restaurant supervisor, head server, or similar supervisory role within a hospitality environment




- Solid leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and support staff effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Solid knowledge of restaurant operations, including point‑of‑sale systems, table management and service standards
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and guests
- Ability to work effectively under pressure during busy service periods and maintain composure in challenging situations
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and move between areas of the restaurant
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
- Australian hospitality certification or RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification is preferred
- Problem‑solving skills and attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high operational standards
