Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll manage day-to-day rostering across a portfolio of participants, balancing continuity of care, participant preferences and staff availability against compliance requirements. You'll be the first point of contact for rostering queries from our support teams, and you'll play a key role in making sure shifts are covered without compromising quality of care.
What you'll be doing
- Build, maintain and adjust rosters for support workers across SIL and CAS, matching skills, qualifications and participant preferences
- Act as the first point of contact for rostering enquiries internally
- Fill last-minute shift vacancies and manage sick leave, no-shows and roster changes
- Track support worker qualifications and mandatory credentials to ensure compliance ahead of shifts
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a rostering,
scheduling or workforce coordination role - ideally within disability, aged care, home care or another community services setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities calmly and accurately under pressure
- Sound understanding of (or willingness to quickly learn) the NDIS, SCHADS Award conditions and relevant workplace health and safety requirements
- Experience using Foundu is highly desirable
Why join Conscious Care Group
- Be part of a close-knit team where you're genuinely supported, respected and set up to succeed
- Make a real, tangible difference in the lives of the participants we support
- A workplace culture that values your wellbeing as much as the quality of care we provide
