The Office Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of the College's reception and student services functions, ensuring high standards of customer service, efficiency and professionalism. The role provides leadership and support to administration staff, oversees key operational processes, and works closely with College leadership to ensure effective service delivery, compliance and business continuity across front-office operations. The position will report directly to the Principal.

Office Operations and Coordination

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of Reception and Student Services functions.
- Develop and maintain effective office procedures, systems and workflows.
- Ensure a professional, efficient and customer-focused front-office environment.

Staff Leadership and Supervision

- Coordinate and support Reception and Student Services staff.
- Monitor service standards, workloads and procedural compliance.
- Assist with staff training, onboarding and continuous improvement initiatives.

Relief Coordination

- Coordinate relief arrangements during staff absences.
- Provide relief coverage across administration functions when required.
- Facilitate cross-training to maintain business continuity.

Operational Support

- Maintain an active presence within Reception and Student Services operations.




- Provide hands-on support during busy periods and operational needs.
- Assist with visitor management, enquiries and reception services.

Banking and Mail Administration

- Coordinate weekly banking activities.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely handling of administrative transactions.

Systems, Compliance and Continuous Improvement

- Support compliance with College procedures and administrative requirements.
- Review and improve systems, processes and service delivery.
- Promote efficiency, consistency and operational excellence.

Stakeholder Service and Communication

- Provide professional support to students, parents, staff and visitors.
- Respond to enquiries and coordinate communication across office functions.
- Foster positive relationships and high levels of customer service.

General Duties

- Support College events, projects and operational initiatives.
- Contribute to a collaborative and positive workplace culture.
- Undertake other duties as reasonably directed by the Principal.
