About the Role
As our Receptionist, you'll be the friendly face and voice of our dealership, greeting customers, answering enquiries, and supporting our service and parts teams with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage appointment bookings and daily coordination
- Provide general administrative support to the service and parts departments
- Maintain a clean and welcoming front-of-house area
- Assist with data entry and basic office duties
