Intercruises (TUI) is seeking a Business Development Specialist to drive the Australian cruise business, developing supplier partnerships and memorable shore experiences for guests. The role can be based in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth or Adelaide and focuses on business development rather than direct sales.

You’ll build commercial relationships, prepare proposals, negotiate rates, and source recent cruise products while collaborating with global teams to deliver exceptional guest journeys.
