The Operations Centre Supervisor (OCS) at Queensland Ambulance Service, part of the Queensland Government, leads day-to-day Operations Centre functions and staff to ensure productive frontline pre-hospital care and transport services.
Reporting to the Director or Executive Manager, Operations Centre, the OCS drives reforms and service improvement initiatives and contributes to future QAS directions while meeting KPIs set by the Commissioner.
