Task & responsibilities

Provide friendly and professional customer service, including greeting customers and assisting with menu or product selections.

Take and serve food and beverage orders, including coffee and other hot and cold drinks.

Prepare basic beverages, operate coffee equipment, and maintain service areas and equipment.

Clear and clean tables, counters, dishes, glasses, and customer service areas.

Process payments using EFTPOS, cash registers, and point-of-sale systems.

Replenish and display food, beverages, and retail products, including promotional items and specials.





Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, workplace health and safety, and relevant hospitality regulations.

Assist team members during busy service periods to ensure efficient customer service.

Qualification & experience

At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Hospitality Worker

Solid knowledge of food safety and workplace health and safety requirements
