Your Role

As a Support Worker, you’ll provide personalised care andsupport to older individuals, ensuring they feel safe, comfortable,and connected to their community. Your responsibilities willinclude:

- Providing essential services such as personal care,domestic assistance, meal preparation, and medicationsupport.
- Helping clients stay active and engaged through socialsupport and transport services.
- Observing and reporting any changes in health or well-beingto the coordinator.
- Promoting independence and choice while ensuring a highstandard of care.
- Creating meaningful connections with clients and theirfamilies.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking kind-hearted, proactive individuals who arepassionate about aged care and community services. To be successfulin this role, you’ll need:

- Certificate III in Individual Support or CommunityServices (essential)




- A current First Aid Certificate &SA Driver’s Licence (essential)
- A reliable vehicle with comprehensiveinsurance (essential)
- Experience working with older people in a home caresetting
- Excellent communication skills and a strong focus ondignity and choice
- The ability to work independently and within a team
