Rest is seeking a Technology Support Analyst to join our Melbourne team. You’ll deliver end‑user support across Service Desk and onsite channels, troubleshoot Windows devices, Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools, and help onboarding and device lifecycle management.
You’ll work with vendors and colleagues to keep our people connected, productive and supported, contributing to a high standard of customer service and continuous improvement initiatives.
