This position is best suited to a professional who prefers meaningful, relationship-based work over rushed shifts and rotating rosters.
The Prospect
You will provide intentional, high-quality support to participants with varying complexities, working in partnership with families and allied professionals to create environments where people can truly thrive.
Supports may include:
- Community access and social participation
- Capacity building and skill development
- Supporting executive functioning, routines, and independence
- Transport and appointment assistance
- Light household tasks connected to participant wellbeing
