Project Coordinator
Coordinate commercial fit out projects from manufacture through to completion of Harvey Norman, Domayne & Joyce Mayne franchised complexes. South Strathfield
About the role
Reporting to the Manager of Shopfitting, you will provide essential support to the existing and upcoming projects to ensure seamless delivery and execution.
Your responsibilities
- Supportwithinspectionsby providing checklists and documentation to ensure the job is completed to a highstandard.
- Ensureadherence to WHSmattersand compliance standards in line with theNCC(National Construction Code).
- Assistingproject managers to manage successful internal and external stakeholder relationships with subcontractors, proprietors, internal team members, and others to ensureaccuratedelivery and installation of allitems.
- Analyse and review floor plans to compile a list of manufacture and installationrequirements.
- Assist Project Managers to develop and execute delivery and staging plans to ensuretimelycompletion offit-out.
- Manage documentation for issues and defects to ensuretimelyresolution.
- Use a combination of databases and Excel to track costs against budgets, helping project management stay ontrack.
- Prepare comprehensive reports that align with project progress.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficient use of Microsoft Outlook,Wordand Excel.
