We are seeking a FULL TIME Chef to join the team at ROMEO, an Italian restaurant in BULIMBA.

This venue focuses on straightforward, produce-driven Italian food, strong hospitality culture, and consistent execution. We are building a team of people who take pride in their craft and want to be part of something from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and execute dishes consistently across service
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness
- Support with prep, section management, and service execution
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times
- Assist with stock rotation, organisation, and kitchen maintenance

About You

- Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment




- Passion for Italian food and quality produce
- Strong work ethic and ability to perform under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Good understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards
- Ability to maintain consistency and attention to detail during service
