We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic In office Technician to join the team here at Pro AV Solutions (QLD), working at one of our prestigious customer locations in the Brisbane CBD.

If you’ve got experience as a Corporate Concierge, Venue Technician, AV/IT professional, or just love working with technology, then you may be exactly what we’re looking for.

The Opportunity

The role will focus ontechnology support in the corporate business meetingand conferencing environments, and providingsystemoperational andtechnical advice/assistance in the followingkeyareas:

- providingfirst-level on-siteoperationalsupport to meeting roomsand additionalnominated;
- organise and assistthe customerwith their AV and IT set-upwithintheclient meeting;
- ensureasmoothand seamlessAVexperienceduring theuse of themeetingroom facilities.;
- provide high-qualityuser andtechnical supportfor theaudio-visual, video conference and unified communication tools;
- log and follow up client helpdeskcalls andescalate service mattersas required within the broadersupport team;
- ensureallmeeting spaces andequipmentisregularly checked,maintained, serviced and operational; and
- provide user operational training as required.

About You

You willbe responsible formaraging workplace meetings and conferencing technology experiences forone of ourpremiumcorporate customers. To succeed in this role, you must be highly motivated, with a passion for providing a great customer service experience.

Along with the following highly desirable attributes (although not essential):

- Experience inan Audio-visualsupport-style of role,preferably in a corporateor events space.
- A competentlevelof basic computer,IT and AV skills.
- ExperiencedesirablewithVideoconferencingplatforms such as Cisco, or Microsoft Teams.
- Familiar with a servicing platform such as ServiceNow or Autotask.
