Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Coordinator

Moorabbin, VIC | 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract

Gamekeepers Meat is looking for a creative and highly organised Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team.

Working alongside our Marketing Manager and closely with our sales team, this is a hands‑on role for someone who loves combining great design with digital marketing and enjoys seeing their work come to life across multiple channels.

From creating engaging digital content and email campaigns to managing our website, launching new products and producing beautiful product imagery, you’ll play an important role in how the Gamekeepers brand is presented to both our wholesale and retail customers.

We operate in a fast‑paced environment, so we're looking for someone who has a strong sense of style, excellent attention to detail and the ability to confidently manage changing priorities and tight deadlines.

This position is initially offered as a 6-month fixed‑term contract , with the opportunity to make a genuine impact within a growing business.

About You

You are creative, commercially minded and comfortable taking ownership of your work. You can work autonomously while collaborating closely with a team, and you understand how strong design and effective digital marketing work together to build a brand and engage customers.

- Strong graphic design experience with a high level of creative and visual judgement

- Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat

- Experience with Adobe Premiere or other video editing software

- Experience managing Shopify websites and online stores

- Experience creating and managing campaigns through Mailchimp

- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook and other relevant social media platforms

- An understanding of SEO and digital marketing fundamentals

- A genuine interest in photography, content creation and digital media

- Excellent attention to detail





- Strong organisational and time‑management skills

- The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

- The confidence to work independently while contributing positively to a team-oriented team

Your Role

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing, updating and optimising the Gamekeepers website and Shopify retail store

- Creating marketing material across digital and print channels

- Developing and coordinating EDMs, email campaigns, SMS marketing and social media content

- Creating engaging communications for both our wholesale and retail customers

- Designing promotional material, product collateral and other branded communications

- Photographing products and undertaking image editing and retouching

- Supporting the creation of video and social media content

- Coordinating and executing new product launches and promotional campaigns

- Monitoring campaign performance and identifying opportunities for improvement

- Campaign analysis, reporting and optimisation

- Supporting tracking implementation and conversion optimisation

- Ensuring the Gamekeepers brand is presented consistently and professionally across every customer touchpoint
