About the Role:

Kiddie Academy is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our vibrant team in Orange, NSW. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the cognitive, physical, social and emotional development of our young learners. This full-time role is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children in their crucial early years.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate educational activities and lessons aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.

Observing and assessing children's progress, and using this information to tailor your teaching approach

Building positive relationships with children and families, and actively involving parents in the learning process

Actively involve parents in their child's learning journey, discuss progress in parent interviews, and contribute to staff and committee meetings.

Guide and mentor student teachers on placement to help shape the next generation of educators.





Facilitate language development through storytelling, role play, songs, rhymes, and group discussions.

Provide experiences to develop motor skills, confidence, social cooperation, and understanding of the children.

Maintaining a safe, clean and well-organised classroom environment

Collaborating with the wider team to contribute to the overall success of the centre

Continuously seeking opportunities for professional development to enhance your teaching practice

What We’re Looking For:

A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education.

At least a year of demonstrated experience in an early childhood education environment.

Robust knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and best practice in early childhood education.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children and families.

A creative, flexible and adaptable approach to teaching.

A genuine passion for nurturing the growth and development of young children.
