We’re looking for a Dispatch Clerk to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organised, working with others, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll play an important part in ensuring our products and services reach customers efficiently, while working alongside teams who genuinely care about what they do.

The position will be based at Kenmore initially and will transition to Eagle Farm in the near future.

Job Description

Bring Our Values to Life as a Warehouse Dispatch Clerk!

Ready to make an impact? At Aussie Broadband , we live by our values—and we want YOU to help bring them to life in our Eagle Farm Warehouse.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Pick, Pack & Dispatch: Picking orders, wrapping and boxing parcels and pallets, preparing orders for dispatch.
- Admin Tasks: Processing returns, connecting hardware, and using our WHS systems.
- Stock Management: Re-stocking, rotating, and managing stock levels.
- Inventory Control: Performing stocktakes and keeping everything organised.
- Warehouse Support: Assisting in maintaining and organising the warehouse.
- Order Processing: Handling incoming and outgoing orders efficiently.
- *Warehouse is currently in Kenmore and will move to Eagle Farm this year!

What We’re Looking For

- Previous warehouse experience
- Forklift licence (preferred, not essential)
- Basic computer skills
- Experience with inwards and outwards goods
- Strong communication and written skills
- Interest in the telco industry
- Ability to work with a diverse team
- You like to help people
- You have strong ethics
