The Aquatics Operations Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring the safe, productive and compliant operation of our aquatic facilities. Working closely with the Operations Team Leader, you will oversee day‑to‑day pool operations, monitor performance, prepare and analyse operational reports, and ensure adherence to all relevant legislation, industry standards and best practices.

$73,924.24 - $82,321.20 + 12% Superannuation
Some of the required skills, experience and qualifications
- Certificate III in Aquatics and Community Recreation with all the specific competencies in Aquatic Technical Operations or equivalent industry qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in swimming pool operation and supervision.
- Current Pool Lifeguard Licence, Application of First Aid Certificate,
Advanced Resuscitation, and Oxygen Equipment.
- Proven ability to take responsibility for safety of patrons.
- Interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
