Our client is seeking a highly organised Project Delivery Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will be the linchpin supporting the delivery, operation, and compliance of one of Australia's largest affordable housing programs. Working closely with Project Managers, builders, and property managers, you'll gain hands‑on exposure to the entire housing delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination: Track key milestones (e.g., practical completion, settlements) and coordinate documentation across multiple housing developments.
Defects Management: Maintain the Defects Register, coordinate builder responses, and assist with Defects Liability Period inspections.
Customer Care:
Act as a central support contact for Property Managers to resolve completed home inquiries and improve tenant experiences.
Compliance & Reporting: Track compliance, maintain accurate registers, and help refine business systems and workflows.
About You
Education: Studying towards or completed a degree in Property, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
Skills: Exceptional organisational and problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Communication: Robust relationship‑building skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and business reporting systems.
