SYC is a not-for-profit organisation supporting people with disability to access meaningful employment. We are seeking an Employment Coach for the Inclusive Employment Australia program at our Melton site to help participants build confidence and tailor opportunities.

You will work with participants to understand circumstances, provide coaching, and connect them with employers and service providers to achieve inclusive workplace outcomes while meeting targets.
