About the role
Join our team as a Full time Food & Beverage Team Leader to help drive exceptional service in a vibrant, fast-paced environment!
The Food & Beverage Team Leader will be responsible for providing 5 Star customer service to our guests. Working closely with the Food & Beverage Team, you will be responsible for ensuring all guests receive an exceptional restaurant experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- A proactive hands-on approach to drive and motivate a successful team
- Ensure all staff are performing at their full potential, maximum productivity and are consistent across all areas of service
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work under pressure
- A high attention to detail and exceptional communication skills
- Have the flexibility to work on a rotating roster
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 1 years' experience in a similar role preferably in a Hotel Environment
- Must have a current Queensland RSA
- Musthold valid working rights in Australia
- The flexibility to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and public holidays across a 7-day rotating roster.
- Musthave Food Safety Handling Certificate (from either unit SITXFSA005 or SITXFSA006)
- Possession of a current RMLV certification - highly regarded, but not essential
- Experience with Micros POS highly desirable
- Must be a positive, can-do, team player with an excellent customer focused attitude.
- Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
