What you’ll be doing

- Operating plant equipment such as Balers, Forklift and Front-End Loader are essential.
- Handling and moving recyclable materials across the facility
- Loading/unloading recyclables, stockpiling, and processing materials
- Reviewing production and meeting production targets
- Identify and resolve basic mechanical issues
- Scheduling rosters for the team
- Take on inherent admin duties

What you’ll bring

- Baler operation, Forklift and Front-End Loader license and experience are essential.
- Proven supervisory or leading hand experience is preferred.
- Hands-on experience as a plant operator; landfill or recycling facility is preferred.
- Working knowledge of computer applications
- Willingness to work in a hands-on environment
