The Opportunity

As part of our Compulsory Third Party (CTP) Insurance Claims team, you'll guide customers through their recovery journey, providing support, empathy, and practical solutions every step of the way.

Your new role

- Deliver exceptional customer service and make a meaningful difference in people's lives.
- Build trusted relationships and support customers through important life events.
- Problem-solve and navigate a variety of customer situations and challenges.
- Work collaboratively with customers, healthcare providers, lawyers, and internal stakeholders.
- Develop specialist claims knowledge through structured training and ongoing support.
- Manage a portfolio of claims while developing your decision-making and case management skills.
