About the Role:
The Kitchen Team Supervisor is responsible for supporting Kitchen Operations and driving operational excellence through enhancing the guest experience in an upbeat and engaging way, whether it is globally inspired menus, smooth service delivery, or consistently excellent Food preparation.
The Kitchen Team Supervisor, reporting into site General Manager, you'll play a key role in:
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of food to ensure consistency, and quality that exceeds guest expectations.
- Assist in executing site promotional gold-class food campaigns and menus
- Provide training and coaching for kitchen staff to develop employee capabilities
- Assist with inventory management and food wastage practices to support adequate food stock levels
- Ensure all food preparation and handling adheres health and safety regulations and hygiene protocols.

Availability:
Our guests come first, so we need team members who can be flexible with their availability. This role requires shift work across evenings, weekends, and public holidays, so please ensure you’re available during these peak times.
