Aurec Group in Coolangatta, Gold Coast, is seeking a hands-on Service Desk Analyst to support day-to-day users and assist with a major Windows 11 rollout. The role is 4 days onsite per week on a contract basis, with two openings (2 months and 6 months).
Ideal candidates will have 1-2+ years in Service Desk/Desktop Support, strong Windows/Microsoft 365 knowledge, and a customer-focused approach. Flexible to work in a busy IT workplace and collaborate with vendors.
