Lead the launch of JURA's first Sydney Experience Centre

JURA is excited to be opening their first Sydney Experience Centre and are seeking an experienced, customer-focused Showroom Manager to lead this flagship location and bring the JURA brand to life.

About the Role

This is far more than a traditional retail management position.

As Showroom Manager, you'll be responsible for creating a destination experience where customers can discover, experience and fall in love with JURA's premium coffee solutions. You'll lead all aspects of showroom operations, sales performance, customer engagement and team leadership while acting as a true ambassador for one of the world's most respected coffee brands.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the day-to-day operation of the JURA Experience Centre
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and premium product demonstrations
- Drive showroom sales and achieve performance targets
- Lead, coach and develop showroom staff
- Coordinate customer events, product launches and brand activations
- Build lasting customer relationships and generate new business opportunities




- Oversee inventory, stock control and showroom presentation standards
- Manage machine intake and coordinate servicing requirements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures

About You

You are a passionate customer experience professional who thrives in a premium retail, hospitality or showroom environment.

You'll bring:

- 3+ years' experience in retail, showroom, hospitality or customer experience leadership
- Proven success managing and developing team members
- Strong sales and commercial acumen
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Experience achieving sales targets and business objectives
- Excellent organisational and administrative capabilities
- A genuine passion for customer service and premium brands
- A proactive, energetic and qualified approach to work
