Role Overview

- Lead, coach and develop a team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Drive a customer-first culture, ensuring every interaction is genuine and memorable
- Oversee high volume stock management and ensure seamless store operations
- Maintain solid visual merchandising standards, keeping the store looking sharp and on-brand
- Manage rostering and workforce planning to maximise store performance
- Take accountability for store results, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement

Desired Experience





- Previous experience as a Store Manager in the Retail or Hospitality Industry
- Background in outlet or high-volume retail environmentsExperience with delivering results against sales targets and KPIs
- Strong leadership capability with experience developing and coaching teams
- Confident in stock management, VM execution, and operational processes
- Skilled in rostering and driving team productivity
