Hi, I'm Carleigh, the Principal here at The French Beauty Academy in Brisbane City, and I'm looking for an experienced Makeup Educator with a passion for makeup to join our growing campus.

The Role:

You’ll be teaching our Diploma of Beauty or VET in Schools cohorts. We currently have availability for part time hours across Monday day or evening and Wednesday day or evening, plus marking hours. As our schools are expected to grow in the near future, there may also be opportunities for increased hours.

You’ll spend your time:

- Confidently presenting theory and practical aspects of each unit, including live demonstrations
- Nurturing and supporting our students as they learn new skills and develop as therapists
- Observing students conducting training treatments on each other and model clients
- Marking online assessments using our bespoke learning management system

Our new Educators will bring with them:

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Beauty/Makeup Qualification: Diploma of Beauty Therapy/Diploma of Salon Management/Certificate II in Retail Cosmetics
- Recent experience as a skilled trainer, beauty therapist or makeup artist
- Dedication to excellence and the transformative power of education
- Strong computer literacy and experience using a variety of online systems
- A current Working with Children Check/Blue Card
