About the Role

Due to our ongoing growth, we've created a new position for a Distribution Analyst to join our team and support the Customer Operations department. This is a great opportunity to work within a dynamic FMCG business and build solid relationships with all our delivery partners.

This is a full-time role based at our Canning Vale, WA office, working a 9-day fortnight — 5:00am to 2:00pm, Monday to Friday,



with every second Friday off (with potential for a later start down the track).

Key Responsibilities

- Optimise driver runs – plan and adjust routes, cover contingencies, arrange relief/replacement deliveries
- Schedule deliveries – set start/unloading times, ensure correct labels and orders go out on time
- Manage delivery partners – maintain relationships with drivers/couriers, spot-check dock behaviour
- Resolve issues – handle delivery complaints and update customers/stakeholders
- Ensure compliance – keep records up to date, run regular partner reviews

About You

- 2-3 years' experience in a Customer Service oriented role
- Experience in logistics, supply chain or fleet allocation highly desirable but not essential
- Excel & over strong computerskills required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a keen eye for detail
- Ability to manage priorities and work autonomously to meet tight deadlines
- Able to problem solve
