We're looking for a Social Content Creator to join our creative studio and bring engaging, social-first content to life across our client portfolio.

This is a hands-on creative role for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands what earns attention on each platform, and can turn an idea, trend or brief into polished content that performs.

What you'll do

- Create high-quality, platform-native social content across a diverse range of brands and industries

- Concept, shoot, edit and deliver short-form video, static creative, Stories, Reels, TikToks, carousels and other social assets

- Translate campaign strategy, briefs and cultural trends into content people actually want to watch, share and engage with

- Work closely with the Account Service team and wider creative studio to develop proactive ideas and campaign concepts

- Stay ahead of emerging trends, creators, formats, sounds, memes and platform updates across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and beyond

- Adapt content approaches for different audiences, channels and client brand voices

- Support fast-turnaround content needs, reactive opportunities and on-location shoots when required

- Edit and optimise content for each platform, ensuring assets are engaging, polished and fit-for-purpose

- Contribute fresh ideas to client brainstorms, content planning sessions and creative reviews

- Help maintain a high standard of creative quality, consistency and attention to detail across every deliverable

What you'll bring

- Proven experience creating social-first content for brands, ideally within an agency, production, media or in-house marketing environment

- A strong portfolio showcasing short-form video, social campaigns, platform-native creative and content that demonstrates an understanding of audience attention

- Excellent shooting, editing and storytelling skills,



with the ability to create content from concept through to final delivery

- Strong understanding of what performs across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and emerging platforms

- Confidence working across Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign

- Experience using mobile-first production tools such as CapCut, Edits, Canva or similar social-content workflows

- An eye for visual trends, pacing, hooks, captions, music, transitions and the small creative details that make content feel native to a platform

- Ability to work across multiple clients and projects, manage deadlines and remain organised in a fast-paced agency environment

- A cooperative mindset, with the confidence to contribute ideas while taking feedback and refining work quickly

- A practical understanding of how creative content supports broader marketing, paid media and commercial objectives

Nice to have

- Experience directing talent or working with creators and influencers

- Experience shooting content on location, including product, hospitality, lifestyle, retail or event content

- Photography skills and confidence using professional camera equipment, lighting and audio gear

- Experience creating content specifically for paid social campaigns

- Exposure to AI-assisted creative tools, video generation, editing workflows or motion-design tools

- Experience working with social performance data to identify what creative formats and themes are driving results
