Payworx, a Registered NDIS provider in Recent South Wales, is seeking an experienced Senior Mental Health Support Worker to join our Supported Independent Living (SIL) team. You will support participants with complex mental health needs, help them build independence, and promote recovery in a safe, person-centred environment.

We value trauma-informed practice, strong communication, and ability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster.
