Fortescue’s Iron Bridge project is seeking a senior Shutdown Lead to plan and execute major 240-hour and 288-hour shutdowns. You will oversee up to 1,200 personnel across multi-discipline maintenance, projects and inspection scopes, ensuring safety, quality and plant availability.
Reporting to the Shutdown Superintendent, you will develop scopes, coordinate resources, manage vendors, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining schedule pressures in a quick-paced environment.
