Internal Sales and Customer Service Coordinator

This role supports order and customer enquiries, builds relationships with wholesale customers, and assists the sales team with lead follow-up and coordination of customer activity.

Key responsibilities

- Process incoming orders and customer enquiries via phone, email and online platforms accurately and within agreed timelines
- Contact customers and send proformas, process phone and email orders for all orders outside Shopify
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of wholesale customers through proactive communication
- Engage with the sales team on supporting their customer needs, by sending stock updates and samples
- Understand customer needs and confidently recommend suitable products from our range along with any assets requested
- Assist the sales team with lead follow-up, quotations and day-to-day coordination of customer activity
- Qualify leads for the sales team on a national level, follow up overdue proformas and invoices
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including orders, communications and opportunities in MYOB and Shopify
- Support internal coordination between sales,



warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Assist with preparing sales reports, customer insights and general administrative support

About you

- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and creating positive customer experiences
- Previous experience in customer service, internal sales or a similar role is preferred
- Solid written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office and order processing platforms
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive workplace
- Proactive and able to take ownership of tasks and follow them through to completion
- Able to adapt in a seasonal business environment with changing priorities
