As Head of Strategy, you will define, develop and lead the enterprise strategy, ensuring alignment with long-term business priorities and sustainable growth objectives.

Reporting to the EGM and leading a team of strategy professionals, you will work closely with senior leaders to guide strategic decision‑making, business planning and value creation.

This role connects customer outcomes, commercial performance and organisational priorities, helping shape the future direction of the business while building alignment across leadership teams and key stakeholders.

What You'll Do

- Develop and oversee the organisation's strategic priorities and long-term roadmap.
- Partner with senior leaders to frame strategic choices and support informed decision-making.
- Lead business planning processes that connect strategy with financial and customer outcomes.
- Identify emerging market opportunities, customer needs and growth pathways.
- Build alignment across functional teams to deliver cohesive and measurable outcomes.
- Guide strategic initiatives and communicate priorities to a broad range of stakeholders.

What You'll Bring

- Extensive leadership experience within strategy, innovation or commercial functions.
- Strong understanding of the Australian financial services sector, with insurance experience highly regarded.
- Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and navigate complex business environments.
- Advanced strategic thinking, analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
