AFCA is seeking a Banking Industry Lead to shape Australia’s Scams External Dispute Resolution program under the SPF. The role focuses on banking and payments expertise, regulatory alignment and stakeholder engagement with regulators, industry bodies and consumer groups.
The position is a max‑term contract through to May 2028 with hybrid working and a solid emphasis on delivering consumer protections nationwide.
