TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Vehicle Weighing & Documentation : Weigh vehicles, record weight data, and issue weighbridge tickets. Ensure accurate documentation of all transactions.
- Data Entry & System Updates : Input weight data into the system, assist with inventory management, and report discrepancies.
- Coordination : Work with production, logistics, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations and communicate any delays or issues.
- Customer Service : Provide assistance to truck drivers and address queries related to the weighing process.
- Safety Compliance : Follow safety protocols, keep the weighbridge area clean, and ensure equipment is maintained properly.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Previous experience working within a fast-paced production or warehousing environment.
- Education & Experience : Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Technical Skills : Familiarity with weighbridge systems and basic computer software.
- Attention to Detail : Accurate data recording and strong organisational skills.
- Communication : Clear verbal and written communication for effective interaction with drivers and team members.
- Physical Requirements : Ability to work outdoors and handle physical tasks.
