This Sydney based role reports directly to the Customer Service Manager and has breadth of opportunity and challenge.

You should be an excellent relationship builder that thrives on working in a team environment and will develop a genuine interest in their client's business.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Exceptional customer service to all clients
- Responding in an efficient and professional manner to all clients
- Management and first call resolution of customer concerns
- Provide product information and assistance
- Proactively maintain an up to date knowledge of all products and services to ensure a superior experience for the consumers

To be considered for this position you will demonstrate the following capabilities:





- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional problem solving skills
- Skilled telephone manner and possess a high level of resilience
- Proven ability to meet KPI's

Preferred Skills:

- SalesForce or similar CRM knowledge
- Basic knowledge of SEO (or be committed to learn)
- Basic knowledge of PPC (or be committed to learn)
- An appreciation / understanding of Sales
- Customer Service Skills
